I am playing my first Byzantium game, it is currently 1744 and I am attempting to restore the roman empire. I hoped to use revolutionary zeal for admin efficiency bonus, but the Center of Revolution spawned far far away, in Ming China...
How can I become revolutionary now ? It's ironman 1.30.3, I didn't savescum.
If I can't become revolutionary, can I still get the achievement Mare Nostrum before the end of the game ? I wanted to do a WC, but it seems too late now.
Here is my situation. I own the whole Med and Back sea coasts. I own Greece, Anatolia, the Middle East, Mesopotamia, Armenia, Egypt, Crimea, Ukraine, the Balkans, Lybia, Maghreb, Italy, half of Spain, half of Portugal, a third of France. I have many colonies, but the biggest ones are spanish, portugese, and English. I am currently annexing three big vassals, Bourbonnais in central France, Saluces in Northern Italy, Urbino in Central Italy. I also have Aragon, Catalogne, and Lithuania (that I freed from the Commonwealth) as vassals I just finished the Byzantium mission tree. Russia is my ally, but they can't help me, they have a huge debt, I just hope for a PU one day... I have been in my Golden Age for 30 years.
The four big powers I need to fight are Austria (bordergore everywhere in the HRE), Great Britain (which owns half of France), Danemark (nearly whole of Scandinavia), and the Commonwealth.
I have just carpet sieged the whole of Europe during a very bloody coalition war against me, except Great Britain and Danemark which were not part of it, and I took Vienna. Now the truce is nearly finished, and the coalition is about to form again, plus Great Britain and Danemark this time... I think I am going to attack Great Britain, Danemark, and the Commonwealth before the truce ends so that Austria and the majority of HRE minors don't join this second coalition war. I have a lot of AE but I think I need to rush before the end date.
