I really like neutrals. In a game that represents one of the most ideological epochs of humanity, neutrals are extremely interesting guys.
Today I want to speculate about Germany's neutrality. By default, neutrals are unnamed and depersonalized. And according to the tree, this is an old general and two Kaisers (however, the Hindenburg catastrophe may unexpectedly turn the question of succession to the throne.)
And they started:
1. Default neutrals, who are they? The situation is further complicated by the fact that the parties were disbanded three years before the earliest start of the game.
2. Two Kaisers - two visions of the future. I agree that DNVP's conservative and revanchist policies are in line with Wilhelm's mood. But what about the path of total anti-communism and reconciliation with former enemies? It seems to me that Wilhelm III should represent either the German State Party or the German People's Party as more "liberal".
3. This democracy is very neutral ...
It seems to me that the "democratic" path in the German tree is in fact a neutral path, and on this path it should be led by another party and not the Center Party.
Please, express your position.

The Democratic Path in the German tree is basically WWII but harder and with the moral high ground. It's hardly neutral.
