Total WC is completely out fo the question, considering that I don't even own the US and it's the 1600's. I might try and expand into Europe. I don't know yet.

How to Be Completely Mediocre at Playing Your Own Mod Part 13
Aloha, everyone! It's time for another update. We're closing in on the end, and we should finish strong!
Let's begin. First, I enact the Gold Standard, giving me +.04 inflation reduction.
Then, I take a new, Cabinet. This will greatly increase the speed in which I can form the US, since it gives me -1 infamy a year.
Next, the Incas rebel from Aragon, and I attack.
Easy pickings, if I've ever seen any. They are annexed, and I gain a new CoT.
I also cancel my mission, but my new one is to build up my fleet.
I get lucky and receive an event giving me -3 infamy while I'm just waiting around.
I take that opportunity to diploannex Georgia and Minnesota.
Then, I declare war on Deseret. This was actually mostly done so I could stop the rebels on Vancouver Island from succeeding.
I take 6 of their provinces, leaving them with about 10 remaining.
After that, I complete my mission, and get a new one to vassalize Indiana.
I attack.
Indiana and their ally Kentucky are both vassalized.
My new mission is to convert Illinois.
I attack.
Illinois is converted and vassalized.
I then spend the next several months doing menial missions while I wait for another decent opportunity for an attack.
One shows up when I get the mission to vassalize Oklahoma.
Also, check out my color on the technology map mode. Top of the world in everything!
I attack Oklahoma and happen to get a cool event giving me -2 infamy.
Oklahoma is easily vassalized.
Then, I take a slider move towards defensive.
I also get a new king. Too bad he sucks...
I get the mission to vassalize North Carolina at one point, so I attack 'em.
Maryland joins in too.
During the war I get a slightly better king.
I vassalize North Carolina, and get some new meaningless missions.
I take 4 provinces off of Maryland, and get a mission to vassalize Dakota.
I attack them. They are the last OPM not my vassal in America.
I get a decent king, administration-wise, during this war.
I'll take it. War exhaustion is really taking it's toll, in the meantime.
And finally, I vassalize Dakota.
The only nations left in the US are me, my vassals, Maryland, and Deseret.
There can be only one.

First off, I get a new ruler, who is decent in the one field that I really need, administration.
Then, I annex 3 of vassals, Indiana, North Carolina, and Illinois.
Then, it is time for another war with Deseret, who are becoming steadily weaker and weaker, thanks to my conquests.
I also get a new national idea, and I take Smithian Economics, giving me some bonus production efficiency.
Deseret actually manages to destroy one of my armies, but I get peace and take 3 provinces off of them.
I take a slider move towards land, since naval really only helps with colonization, which I don't need much help with anymore.
Then, my ruler dies and I get a new, excellent one in his stead.
I'll take it.
I then declare war on Maryland. Hopefully I can finish them off in two wars.
Of course, I suppose one for works just fine.
Maryland is annexed.
Now that I own Maryland's old lands, I can create the Northern Union! Of course, it's not that much help now, but I'll take what I can get.
I also cancel my mission and get a new one to annex Oklahoma.
I diploannex Kentucky soon afterwards. Only 2 vassals and Deseret are left.
Now, it is time for war with Deseret.
This time, I think that I'll try and isolate their capital from their Canadian lands.
And, I manage to do exactly that. The only American land they have is their capital in Sacramento.
I also get a new line of infantry, basically making me superior to every nation on the Earth.
After doing nothing for 5 years, I attack Deseret again. This time, I will take their capital.
During the war, I get a completely stupendous ruler. Wow, what a man!
Anyways, I take Sacramento, as well as 4 of Deseret's Canadian provinces.
Only 2 vassals left in America.
I make a slider move towards land again while waiting for time to pass by.
And then, I annex my 2 remaining vassals.
I now own all of the USA.
And now, the moment you've all been waiting for.
I present to you,
TheUnitedStatesofAmerica!
And so, I have succeeded in my main goal for this AAR. Who knows what is in store for me in the last 130 years.
