I am playing the Great War mod as Sweden. The main thing that annoys me about this game is that you have to be fascist to actually expand so i promptly picked a focus that would let me gradually become fascist and quickly conquered Norway. Once Finland is released from Russia I will also most likely conquer them and then im basically done expanding because im not going into russia with my 150,000 man army to fight their millions.
I want to find a way to be able to join the allies for when ww2 starts but even though they like me i cannot join because i am not 30% democratic. Is there a way i can setup my government to be 35% democratic and 65% fascist without causing any internal issues?
