How to avoid AI planes doomstacks of 16 or even more

Hi how can i change the AI to make only use of 4 planes maximum ?

Sometimes i see them bombing my divisions with 16 planes .......

because i already found this one:

exactly that. Change it to lower values and the ai wont use doomstacks or even if will get severe penalties

I'm afraid that this setting won't help against AI doomstacks. At least it hasn't done in the past. Whenever an AI gets too many units at once, it is likely to stack them together, ignoring any limitations.

You could try making the stacking penalty more severe.

And yes, I know what you mean. I've been attacked by a stack of 80 Soviet bombers in the WiF 2 mod.
