Does anybody know how to arm Naval Stations? I have built the Weapons section on some of them, but I cant figur out how to arm those sections.

You retrofit the station in the battle manager screen. Open the station tree and right click on the station you want to fit with weapons.
I can get it to open a bar saying "retrofit" but it disappears when I try to press it. BTW thanks.
Had the same problem. Took me a while to realize that you can also retrofit in the Fleets tab (next to the planets tab) when you have a system selected. This one doesn't disappear for me. Give it a shot.
