After you first extracted the zip file, as here for example inside your download folder ,
you then move or copy the mod folder and the *.mod file
into

Documents/Paradox Interactive/Crusader Kings 2/mod

In your case both are likely inside the (extracted) folder visible in your pictures.

The thread for the mod is here :
and an old explanation on how to 'install' it here

Done all but still the font size won't change

Be sure that the mod folder has the interface and gfx folder (or whatever it was) directly in it without another subfolder in between. So if you open the folder, then there should not be another folder level inside before you see the interface and gfx folders.

The "full" versions should definitely work.
I'll test the "tooltip only" ones then.

My fault.
As so often in these type of cases nothing complicated, but a simple oversight preventing to load the mod.

A dot is missing in the folder name. Sorry if that caused you stress.
Simply add a dot between the 3 and the x. The file name is fine, but not the folder.
I'll do a repupload later, but potentially in days, rather than hours..

So make it look like this : CKII_Tooltip_Font_V22_3.x

------
It appears the "tooltip only" mods didn't get used in the last two years, since i didn't get complaints until now.
The "full" versions work or at least do for me, but only include the V16 or V18 tooltip type.
