How to advance somebody else's claim?

I have copule of claimants in my court including one with a claim to the Kingdom Of Bohemia. However, I cannot declare war to Bohemia. This option is greyed out. What are the conditions I need to fulfill to be able to put somebody else on the throne?

When you mouse over the declare war option, a tooltip should appear. What does it say? (what is marked red)

My guess Bohemia is still part of the HRE, and you are not. So you have to go to war with the emperor. It should say Kingdom of Bohemia not independent.

Ive only been able to press counts and above rank claims. Dont know about a prince claim without land. But being able to press a simple courtiers claim is disturbing, ive seen alot of those have claims on my kingdom :S
