did you create a localistion entry for them?
It shouldn't affect whether they appear or not, but it will affect their name, also, someone asked in another thread whether new mercenaries are added to games in progress, perhaps the answer is no and you should test in a new game (if you aren't already doing so)?

Other than that, double check by comparison with existing holy orders to make sure your new holy order landed_title entry is correct.

Holy Orders still not showing up. I am going to copy and paste one from one of the mods into mine word for word and see if I can get it to work and then go backward from there.

Just to recap, I need the title added in localisation, I need title, color, capitol, etc. in landed_titles, I need to add troop types/numbers in static_modifiers.txt, I need a named file in history folder with a start date, and I need to add flag files in .tga format in gfx\flags. Does this sound right?
