How to add in random portraits?

So I managed to make a custom race and whatnot. I have their flag, leader portrait etc set up but now I am confused on how to set up random portraits? Because now all of my pops, scientists, etc all use the same image as my leader and that just isn't aesthetically pleasing to me. I'd like to add in a pool of images for the game to choose from when showing the images for my pops etc but I haven't been able to find out where to do that at.
