Hey everybody,
So on my first Stellaris playthrough back in 1.1 or 1.2 (can't say for sure) while playing as an alien Civ I have encountered the Sol system with Earth and Humans in the Atomic age. Because they were far away from my empire I didn't bother to do anything about them, and they then proceeded to explode in WWIII.
I really liked the idea of encountering Earth as some xenos, however unfortunately never since that game did I see Earth spawn again. So I decided to make a mini-mod for myself to make it spawn all the time close to my starting system when I am playing a non-human Civ.
The problem is, while I did some modding for EUIV, the Stellaris file structure is a bit different for obvious reasons, and after a couple of hours off opening every conceivable folder in the directory I still haven't found the files that I need to modify to get what I want.
Does anybody know where I need to start looking? Have any similar mods been done in the past? I would greatly appreciate any information, even "google <...> in <...>, moron - /thread"
