When I set a country free as a satellite, they never have any core provinces outside of their owned provinces. In EU2, two arguments in the revolt.txt file called "minimum = { ... }" and "extra = { ... }" determined the borders within which a new nation could be liberated, and the core provinces that this new nation would have. Vic doesn't seem to have such a thing, the extra argument is empty for all revolters and changing it (for example copying all the minimum stuff into the extra = { } brackets) doesn't do jack in the game. Am I missing something? Is there a trick I haven't found?

It's stupid that a Poland set free by Austria should not want to unite with Russian Congress-Poland and Prussian Posen.

do you know if it will be adressed for 1.04?

Ask a BETA or a Paradoxians. I am in the dark, in fact I have a long list of bugs in hand.
