Anybody knows exactly how to add a certain train (specifically extortioner trait) to an admiral?
If for instance the name of the admiral is John Smith, shouldn't the command be:
set_leader_trait extortioner John_Smith ?
I tried the above and it doesn't work, even though the command says to have ran successfully

The correct IDs to use for personalities can be found in 00_core.txt in \common\Europa Universalis IV\common\leader_personalities

So it would be set_leader_trait extortioner_personality

I don't know how to set it for a specific leader though. That trait is only for admirals so it will be a bit weird having ship trade power on one of your generals, which I now see is possible via console.

If you're still having problems, remove all your other leaders from leading an army or navy so that the only leader you have actively leading a fleet is the one you want to give a trait to.
