I want to look if the music dlcs are available on steam, but how do I see the dlc store? Pressing ingame the button "Ingame Store" just opens http://store.steampowered.com/app/203770/ in the steam overlay browser.

Well, you can go to your Library tab, Ck2, right click on it and "View downloadable content", should list what you own.. then near the bottom of that popup there's a link that takes you to buy additional DLC. If you want, the link is just http://store.steampowered.com/dlc/203770/. Seems like there is nothing in it though...I'm guessing the preorder DLC has already been removed. If there's music DLC or whatever already out, it'll be there don't worry. They always put up all the DLC even if it takes a bit longer.
The preordered DLC is included in the game, if you check the properties of the game (right-click) and check DLC you'll see them included. If you are looking for new DLC, I dont think any new ones have been announced yet.
Also, I think you can just shift-tab in game to open steam overlay and click DLC on the right side there as well.
