I wonder how in depth and intuitive culture changing is going to be, in CK2 theres many different factors like crown focus and stewardship events and letting the steward administer your counties.

I also hope there are laws that can be passed for tolerance of cultural and religious minorities so you don't have to conver them but you can remove the maluses on tax, manpower or whatever they give.
