I'm 25. I started off with my grandpa's old Atari console (I played the original Battlezone and Space Invaders), my dad bought a PC (one of those "high-end" 66 Mhz ones with the turbo-button

) and Dune 2 because his older brother had it. I played Warcraft 2 multiplayer when it came out using a 56k modem. The 3rd PC game I played was Starcraft, which I bought the day it came out. Now that I'm out of college and have a real job, I've expanded into other things, and got into HOI3 via a Steam ad.
I bought HOI3 the day it came out, only to find I couldn't play it more than 15 minutes before it crashed. After patch 1.3 came out and the game was stable, I started to get addicted to it, but finally realized the flaws it had (pre-SF supply system!). I got the ICE mod and enjoyed it; in fact, it's the reason I kept playing the game. However, ICE at the time was really buggy if you diverted from the historical path, and had other "issues" like missing cores and other things I personally didn't like. So, I learned to mod the game to turn it into what I want it to be, joined up with Slan who had the same ideas I did, and we made the HPP mod. I'm pretty proud of it, as elements of it are now in the vanilla game, like the Chinese guarantee on Shanxi (my work) and the new Vichy event, where Italy and Spain get rewarded for helping out (my design, Slan actually wrote it though).
