So condition and attractiveness decline as a vehicle ages. Do you guys replace your vehicles with new ones after a certain age?

I'm paying little attention to this. But when I see a bus reach 30% condition, I replace.
Didn't even know this happened, I guess it makes sense, older vehicles will break down more often and what not. I'll have to pay closer attention to my fleet.
In the beta/demo, I changed them everytime I see that people waiting at stop start to lower too much...
That was about 12-15 y with 50% maintenance.
I had once a full metro in Vienna. With all metro train changed at the same time. In 6 month I went from 90+ reputation to 50-. I sold and buy back metro train and in 6 month, I was at 90+ again.

I've not replaced any yet but something i'm baffled by is that with buses that have 10% chance of breakdown, and with maintainance at 95%, they are still dropping like flies. And then any new vehicle that costs more (eg Metro is 1200 for the cheapo train with 10% chance of fail, and the 5,000 one is 35% chance of fail!)
