How often do mission lists restock?

I cleaned out all of the missions on Taurus and then traveled elsewhere to do more work. After maybe two or three more planet stops to do missions, I came back to Taurus, only to find one contract available. Is this because there is a timer for missions to restock on planets you've already visited?

Yes, missions take a while to restock. However, that only changes the number of contracts available. The contracts themselves refresh on every visit to a system. So, there may only be one contract available in Taurus, but it will change on every visit - so it will likely be a different employer and target and skulls value.

I guess the big question is: what is the restocking rate?

@Freakonair has the answer: https://forum.paradoxplaza.com/foru...ontract-pool-mechanics.1277298/#post-25999894

contracts behavior is the same like the shops, on jumpin to the system everything is shuffled.
in case you did all contracts the contract renewal time is 0.5 contracts per 1 week, defined in the simgameconstants file.

"ContractRenewalPerWeek" : 0.5,
"ContractSuccessReduction" : 1.0
Thx for the info! So what happens if i didnt do all the contracts? If some contracts still remain, do new contracts show up more slowly or even not at all?

As long as there is one space open for a contract, the regeneration will happen at the same speed. If each system has 6 contracts, then it would take 12 weeks (3 months) to fully restore all of the contracts in that system.
