On a serious note, for me it's not important wether or not the next title is Victoria or not. What I do find important is that it's about geopolitics. We have war (HOI), empire building (EU), and dynastic intrique (CK), but since Vicky 2 there hasn't been a game that took such a dive into deep, large scale foreign policy and economy. For me the POP mechanic was never the selling point, but a mechanic that happened to be ingenious in giving the rest of the game some real weight and high stakes.
While I'm a massive fan of the time period, I think it's done well enough in Vicky 2 to the point, that I'd actually be more interested in a similiar game set in the Cold War era or something like that. When ever I find Victoria 2 is getting a bit old on me, I just switch to another GS title and come rushing back with renewed appreciation for the game.
