Hang about, does that mean there's a 0,005 Euro denomination? . Just being silly . For those who pay in US currency, PDS' recent releases (CK2, EU4) have tended to launch at around $40 US.

BUT, they have said this will be a Steam only game, so probably no physical disc at all.

What happens if i download it from steam and my computer blows up a month later? Do they give you some secret serial number so you can reinstall it or how does it work?

You get an account with Steam. You log in with your username & password (which is linked to an Email address) and Download a new copy. I don't think it will let more than one copy of 'your' game to be used at one time.
