How much is Poland's development at 1444???

I am running Steam / EU4 on two computers and starting on one Polish development is 181 and on the other... 42. I am not running any mods, the version is the most recent, I've verified the integrity of the game, and the difficulty settings I choose are exactly the same. Is there anything else that needs updating, clearing or whatever so that the settings would be what are intended by the developers. I'm losing my mind with this

Didn't you by mistake select Mazovia in the other one?

I'm pretty sure Mazovia has exactly 42 development, so I'm guessing you've got a bad case of the missclick.

No guys, it was 42 for Poland and also had smaller number for other nations. I think it had something to do with a mod I had installed like way back but wasn't using anymore. It seems fully reinstalling the game and deleting Steam files fixed the problem. I've probably been playing this broken game for months now since I hadnt used the laptop for gaming until today

It'll fix itself in the game probably, when you start. I'd say it's purely a display error, no way would the provinces development in total be 42, something like that would either crash the game when you start, or make the provinces uncolonized.

This would require every Polish province being 1/1/1 (there's 14 provinces and 42 total development, the screenshot tells you as much)

Am I right in thinking there's a game rule which assigns a flat development value to all provinces? You might have set that by accident.

Well the main problem was the armies. I only had 10 troops and was barely making even money-wise. The other game in my laptop had 20 troops which is the true case. So I guess some settings from a mod affected the settings somehow. MEIOU & Taxes I think was the mod I once tried.
