For Dimensional Horror it's best to get a hang of where in the system it is (by suiciding someone) and enter it with your fleet from the closest point possible, to shorten the distance. It can save you a lot of pain and especially a lot of slow battleships.

On insane, 30-40k should do the trick without much losses. Below that, you might still win, but have more losses.

In general, try not to bring many large ships to the Dimensional Horror or the Dragon. Small, high evasion ships are king.

Different Leviathans also require different strategies. Imo Arc Battleshieps can do some good damage against the fortress but the dark blackhole thing will eat battleships alive as it massively outranges them.
As noted above, investigate to determine closest entry point and go through there to jump right on its head.
How can you find out what weapons are best against specific Leviathans?
