Looking at the recently posted Austrian screenshots, 24% of the people want landed voting rights, and another 7% trade unions. Should the Upper House conservatives break ranks at the rising tide of revolution, how many social reforms could be enacted at once?
Lets say you pause the game. Can you just go down the list clicking away and implement 6 political reforms? Would the next level of political reforms become immediately available? Or would you only be able to hit one political reform - landed voting - before the conservatives go back to being conservatives and block all further reform?
Also, will there be a pop up or warning displayed when you can enact further reforms, social or political?
