Johan does several jobs. Therefore I would not count him as "full" programmer like his employees. It's not comparable.

I imagine at this stage of the game he does more programming than anything else as it is all about finishing and balancing the game.

Here I think we all can agree, We need to tell all our friends how awesome this game is so Paradox can get a bigger team for potential future Vicky2 and HoI4.
One thing Id like to know is what version thats best to buy If I want to support paradox (IE which one results in the most money to them).

For such a small team, they sure have made the best games in history. I have never, ever, ever played any games with such replayability and entertainment value as Paradox's games.

Yeah, if the games weren't that good we wouldn't be chatting about them half a year before they are released.
So, is an intern a current student of programming or just a temporary contract? or what?
I mean for me, I am studying Computer Science from a top university in North America and double majoring in History. I am also a graphic designer by hobby (I do have a portfolio). So technically, I am doing the three things Paradox needs, imagine if I can get an internship there....sweet mother of God, I would faint if I get that news.
I only need to learn Swedish.

Johan does work full time programming. And also doing everything else - he works 28 hours a day. He's just so awesome he can bend time itself to his will.
