Well if you have played the game past the first hundred years or so, you'll know it slows down to a crawl after a while. So trying to answer this question, since you have to take into account the game gradually getting slower and the sheer impracticality of playing it at full speed (unless you're playing observer mode), and the fact that the game will run differently on different rigs...

So to make a long answer short, exactly twelve hours, for all three scenarios.

Edit: Actual answer, it used to be like forty-ish hours, I believe? Actually playing a campaign with stopping, mind. It's been a while since I played to the end of time.

I'm not sure how many hours exactly, but my 867 Rome game took me about a month and I must've played on average at least 2 hours a day. Possibly more.

The time needed to run the game at full speed for a certain number of years and the time actually needed to play a campaign spanning the same number of years don't match very well, as there will be times when you want to slow the game down or even need to pause it to deal with something requiring a bit of thought (of just to read an event message and pick an option). Depending on your playstyle/situation, the amount of pauses needed also changes. I tend to pause the game to check up on the plots in my realm every few months or so, but the time needed for that when you have three vassals and when you have twenty is quite different).
