I've an L3 Mech XX that could use a couple of BNs of Trucks and T-44s; I know it takes 180 days to get to L2, and some more time to get to L3 ... but how long to make spare BNs added to a XX [L3], reach L3 as a whole ?
How long would a BN take to be integrated into an L3 XX ?

it is depend on time in battle but there is a max for each battle and casualties lower exp. It can be worth it to have special tank templates relate to infantry template then convert the seasoned infantry to tank and preserve as much xp as possible.
Alas, @Cavalry , the front line Soviets are almost all engaged; so 'grafting on' extra BNs for a Mech XX is the only option, for now .
I've some units at TCs, but they're now aimed at the front.
My Motor XX currently has 1 BN of T-44s and 6 trucks; how long will it take to 'graft' another T-44 BN and 4 trucks to reach L3 (24W) ?
I'll have 9 more XX training (14W), extra T-44s and trucks will be available.
BTW, trucks zoom around at 12 KPH, so do my 1943 Mdm. T-44s .
