How long is a Casus Belli valid?

I need to know how long, when finished, is a Casus Belli against another country valid.

It says exactly till which date you will have your war goal available if you hover your mouse over the "You have wargoals notification"

Yeah - I know - I needed to know that cause I want to time two different war declarations to avoid democratic guarantees.

If it’s a claim or core it should be a permenant wargoal once justified.

If it’s just some random state, it’s 2 month iirc

Some wargoals I'm pretty sure expire after 2 years, but I'm not sure which ones and I could be wrong.

What you quoted is in reference to justifications.

Focus wargoals are (typically) permanent.

Event / decision wargoals can potentialy be any amount of time as defined in the code. A few, such as the naval treaty breach wargoal are two years.
