So i confiscated her title and executed her! She deserved it, but now my vassals all have a -20. I can live with this better than with this scheming ambitious b*tch! I was just wondering how long does the penalty lasts?

For as long as a vasall/character lives who happened to hear about what you did, anybody born after the deed will not be affected by the tyranny modifier.
No, as far as I know it lasts 10 years for each individual act of tyranny.

I don't know how reliable that information is, but i know for sure that tyranny and revoked vassal title are different modifier and they are not merged together!
