I thought @AndrewT was very clear:
"PM the moderator who have the last infraction, or log a Zendesk ticket"
I believe it is the name of the software Paradox use for their support tickets, which can be accessed by clicking on the Support button at the top of any forum page.
And as per the previous thread, this isn't something to comment on in public, and generally carries an infraction. So, Happy Holidays.
