Since Reaper's Due, kids aren't getting education traits at 16 if you don't own conclave. How long will this take to fix? I'd love to do a new play through with the new options but this totally kills the desire to do it. I tried the temp fix of changing the value in the lua file, but this prevents my CK2 from launching.
