Well I allied Morocco for fleet basing rights and forgot to break the alliance. BAM defensive CTA against Castille, my long-term ally. Well, I don't want to go to war with castille so "decline."
Now Naples (ally), whom I am trying to diplovassilize has a -5 distrust that is really negatively affecting my mood and general outlook on life.
The wierd thing is France(ally) has no distrust, Castille(ally) has no distrust, so do lots of other nations. Naples and Portugal(ally), however (among other minors) do have distrust. What causes this? How long do I have to wait for this to go away?
