As the title says. I'm most curious about when they'll actually decide to go for it in their tree and if not first is there any way to tell if they're gonna go for it based on other picks? Much Thanks
How Likely is AI Germany to go Oppose Hitler and do they priorities it as there first focus?

The weight of the Rhineland focus is heaviest, probably because without Germany doing its stuff, WT never gets all that high, and UK & USA are stuck waiting for a big war that is never gonna happen.
Japan doesn't generate as much WT, mainly because nobody cares about China, they only care about their profitable Chinese cities.
Pretty sure if Japan and Germany don't do anything Russia will eventually work up to war with Poland and the Baltic States. Then set their sites on Europe and/or Italy will start shit with Yugoslavia and France which will both increase WT. Also one of the Chinese states is bound to start something at some stage plus whatever the player decides to do.
That's exactly what happen in my current MP Oppose Hitler Game. The game reached 100% World Tension around 1941 with Nationalist Spain joining Italy's war against, and the Soviet Union attacking Poland and the Baltic. 'Our' big Central Powers war against Russia only started in 1943 because we deliberately delayed it until the SU had annexed and puppeted Poland and Romania, so we could then 'liberate' them afterwards (and take half their territory.)
With a german monarchy, the war could either go "classical" with German Empire attacking France and England (especially if Netherlands refuses to free Wilhelm II), or either go "anti-communist", with German Empire attacking commie France and USSR. And I think it can generate enough WT for USA.
I have now played four campaigns (six in total but I was Germany twice) with the new DLC and Germany hasn't opposed Hitler once.
Japan on the otherhand seems to be less interested in China and tends to choose from the new focuses since out of those six times, Japan has gone down the "traditional" way only twice.
