So there are two important modifiers when offensively CTAing an ally.

One is "in another war". This value ranges from -1000 to -30. It roughly correlates to whether they are winning the war, but I don't have any hard rules for this. It would be helpful to know.

Also loans modifier. Does it depend on income, dev, some other banana variable?

Asking this because it really sucks to get offensively called into a war when you are in a war yourself on another continent and you have thousands of ducats in debt. I would hope the modifiers are the same. Then again its umambigously correct that trust modifiers are calculated differently between AI and human when it comes to CTA, so maybe its not perfectly symmetric.

if AI is in war that each side is equal and has chance to lose he will have huge malus to join war you call them since he is not capeble of handling both wars at once.

lets say you are france attacking spain and both side got equal strenght... then AI will be less likely to call you into war(BUT he will allways call you to defensive wars!).

and yes loans modifier are depanding on your income... its mostly not how "much" (100 ducats or 200 ducats) but instead how many (1 loan or 2 loan) you have.

if you have 2million loan but its only filling 1 loan slot it has very little malus effect... but if you got 200 ducat slot wich is considered 20 loan then it will cause MAJESTIC malus to be called into war.

YET! NO MATTER HOW BAD YOU ARE DOING! NO MATTER WHATS HAPPENING TO YOUR COUNTRY! even if you are 1 aganist 200 coalition war with 20 loan + a disaster active + %99 of your country occupied YOU WILL BE ALLWAYS CALLED INTO DEFENSIVE WARS as long as you are not fighting aganist offender allready (you cant fight aganist same country in 2 diffrent war)
