I played as the Swiss just to spectate and to be honest some things doesn't fell very well (all this might be luck, as i just tested this once, but i didnt interfered in anything).

1) In 1.6 Japan used to be more aggresive in Nat China, not Nat China becomes the 3rd Army in the World and even made tanks before Japan.
There is a problem now with this new version, something happened to the Nipponic AI.

2) Germany Military felt weak, the AI isn't building enough Panzer to my taste, this make the take over france really slow, i even saw how allied encircled german troops over Belgium killing the few tanks Germany could have, by March 1941 Germany was still stucked Fighting for Belgium.

3) As i said in the other post IC Number for some countries made impossible to play em (Afghanistan, Argentina, Ecuador, Buthan, Iraq, etc).

4) There is a lack of some materials that affects the economy a lot, and this doesn't have to do with trading AI only, there are lot of internal defined things in each country like Trading Favored nations, before there was nations that supplied several materials, like Germany used to supply energy, or Netherlands, England and even the Thai used to supply Rares.
With the reduction of the world materials and ICs, most nations can't trade what they need too or they can't get prefered trading access like before this changes.
Add the AI trading problems to this, and you will have a lot of 3/16 countries around the globe.

5) It felt like US and Russia starting ICs are bit higher than they should.

I will test a full campaing later on to see if i can find more.

The US IC is nice- it's more accurate to have the US able to outproduce the Axis. There's a feeling of impending Doom as Germany if the US get's involved.

The reource distribution may need to be looked at by the team, I wonder when the resource mod will come out. Having energy be more rare than "rare materials" is slightly odd. I wonder if a tech to convert Oil to energy can be devleoped. I call it "Early Oil Burning". 1936 tech of course.

Yes indeed, but as you can watch, US and USSR economy get events tu get IC up during game process, up to 41 i could see a notable IC increase in both.

Thats why it felt to me, that starting IC were a bit Up.

Yes its too low if you wan't to play a Facist USA :).

But with all the events they get later, they will always have almost Double or more IC than any big Power (3 times Germany ICs by 1941).

Wich seems reasonable right, but still needs to a bit of tweaking.

US got more than plenty ICs to do what they need to do, wich is a hugh fleet and airforce while they are at peacetime, and a highe invasion army in War Time, the times i play US i easily take europa back.
