How I can make cars park at my parking lot?

I subscribed Parking Lot Roads yesterday, and built the parking lot. Please look at the picture. There aren't cars at the parking lot. Cars appeared, but they ran around the parking lot without stopping. I am not sure why the cars didn't park at the parking lot. Please let me know how the cars can park there.

Yes, I read it.

Please look at the picture (park). After I built "A big cherry blossom park" with cobblestone pedestrian street, I clicked "P" one by one while using "Traffic Manger", so I covered all the pedestrian street and a road next to the parking lot with "parking restrictions". However, after a car passed through the parking lot and reached the end of the pedestrian street, the car changed itself into a human. The human walked along the pedestrian path. I watched it and was not sure why the car didn't park at the parking lot.
(I am allowing police vehicles and garbage trucks to run inside the park.)

You need to activate the "Enhanced Parking AI" to make them work. The only reason i use the mod. It forbids the use of "poket cars" (humans turn into cars and vice versa). Parking restrictions have nothing to do with the enhanced parking AI other than providing or restricting parking lots.

I'm seeing some posts in that mod about it having a big impact on FPS with the new updates... is that the case for others in this thread? If not, I'll consider giving it a go.

Some options need more processing power and thus have more impact on performance. You can activate/deactivate them. The enhanced parking ai is one of those options. For cims who use a car the game only needs to calculate a path from start to destination with the car. (Because every cim has a pocket car) With enabled enhanced parking ai the game additionally needs to calculate a path from start to car and from car to destination. This (and the disabled traffic despawn) are the only options i use and i don't have problems. But that depends on the size of the city (more cims -> more cars -> more paths to calculate), the use of public transport (more public transport -> less cars -> less paths to calculate) and the power of your pc.

I think the by far most impact on performance comes from the dynamic traffic options. But i haven't played for 2 weeks so i don't know about potential updates and bugs.

OK, if having the despawn turned on helps, I'll turn it on. I HATE whenever tourists whip out their pocket cars just before they leave town.

I've already a zoo but I don't see Park Lots. It will be nice if that's possible!

Those are Steam exclusive workshop items. Consoles have their own interface and workshop restrictions.
