How feasible will killing all elves be?

Lies and propaganda! Clearly you have been taken in by the elven pawn Tolkein and his ilk. The elves and their "elf-shot" inflicted epidemics and disease upon humans across the ages. They also consistently drove people insane, stole children, and hunted men for sport.

And clearly you are putting all elves into the same basket. There is a difference between light elves (which are "good" and hence will be my enemies) and there are dark elves (which are "evil" and will be my friends, yes I will murder those inferior humans for the sake of fun!)

You're correct there's a difference. Dark Elves are ugly and evil, and light elves are shiny and evil. The only good elf is a dead elf.

The trolls are far more uglier but I am sure that dark elves would find humans to be very ugly as well. But where do you even have the evidence that light elves were evil?

My interpretation of Búi's journey into Álfheimr is that he was seduced by an evil light elf wench, who then uses the child of the union to topple the man's hard built life. There's other examples if I dig further and consult my recently acquired books of Norse mythology and legends, that's just the first one that I was able to find the actual name and reference for off hand. Depending on perspective any "beautiful" elves are considered to be light elves, and therefore any wrongdoing by elves noted for their beauty must be done by the light elves. The beauty is what makes them dangerous, hence why it's best to have a policy of killing all elves on sight.

Well I wish you luck with that in your games, my games will have other outcomes. To get back to topic I think that you would be able to kill all elves you can find if you wish to. But I don't think you will be able to pull a "final solution" on them like you seem to want.

I certainly hope we will be able to. When taking it from a serious game perspective, the best RPG that illustrates the difference is the difference between Fallout 3 (or Skyrim) and Fallout: New Vegas. In New Vegas, all NPCs, regardless of their role in the main quest or any quest, can be brutally murdered and left rotting in the wasteland. In Fallout 3 (and Skyrim), some are always marked as essential and cannot be killed. New Vegas in this example provides with more true RPG freedom and ability, as you are quite literally still able to do anything while still being able to complete the game. I sincerely hope that burning towns and villages will be an option in Runemaster, allowing us to undertake full elimination of any chosen demographic.

In the game Overlord all the Elves got enslaved by the dwarfs and you can choose to wipe out the Elven race by killing all the Elven women.

I just feel that the extinction of elves should be a legitimate game function. Obviously I'd prefer if they put up a fight in the process, even in their villages as my army of dwarves burns them to the ground. If possible, I'd also like the title "Elfslayer" to be given to my character.

No, a friend who is a native speaker in college translated it for me, loosely, back when Runemaster was announced (one of the gamedevs referenced it in a post I think). Probably not as compelling as the saga itself in summarized paragraph form in English.
