How feasible will killing all elves be?

As with the title, my primary concern about Runemaster is that I won't be able to kill all elves. I've seen disturbing trends in the devdiaries, that elves won't be brutally massacred at every opportunity. So, will we be able to kill all elves we encounter or not?

I'd understand this concern if this was WoW elves, but they aren't. You're just a dirty elf hating racist, sir!! Ban this guy immediately!!

You sort of raise a good point though; Are all NPCs killable? Even if they are vital to the story I should be able to beat them up if I pleased, lol.

All elves are evil. Doesn't matter what universe they're in, if there are elves, I must kill them all for the betterment of superior races like dwarves and humans. Elves steal children you know, and play cruel tricks on other mortals. They are the bane of all practical, rational, and productive races and peoples.

Yes, the main point is that when I play Runemaster, I'd like to have the option to kill all elves, regardless of their role in the story or quest.

Yes imagine a svartalf with his army consisting of only svartalfs, and this dark army will not take any prisoners except svartalfs who will be integrated into this army. Not even the gods will be able to stop us svartalfs.

Weren't the Svartalfs the dwarfs? The dark elves should be the Dökkálfar.

It is not entirely clear but I meant the dark elves.
