Playing as Mamluks, and have carved out a fair bit of territory through personal expansion and through vassals. 495 in own development, 160 in vassals.

In 1470 the Ottomans declared war because my one ally (QQ) was at war and in debt and I was busy with Ethiopia.
I've managed despite their advantages in basically everything to inflict some pretty heavy losses on them and liberated the border realms of Ramazan and Dulkadir (my vassals).
I've also managed to give their fleet a good slapping around.
The question is now, with 50% warscore but very little of their territory occupied, how far should I push them.
I'm running at a deficit, but I have 600 in the bank and no loans or corruption. I've exhausted my manpower, but they aren't far off of that point either.
Would I be better served peacing out of the war relatively soon to focus on taking more Ethopian and Arabian provinces from far weaker countries, or fighting on and taking as much as I can? (on the basis of more clay is good, but more clay at your enemies expense is even better).
Any suggestions? (I'm far more used to massively asymmetric wars, rather than ones where I am pretty close to the opponent in real power)
