I'm pretty unsure how I'm meant to play in Ireland. Should I try to get the Kingship of Tara, or go straight for the de jure kingdom of Éire? There's no special CB, so do I just fabricate on everyone, or make tributaries? How do I claim the kingship of Tara from someone else?
