i know this is kind of an odd question but i want to make some political events for russia so what are the powers of the Senate, the Duma, and the President/Tsar
Well, we know that the Senate is 'theoretically powerless' (event 747000), but is the legal appointer of the President. Furthermore, we know that executive power is shared between the President and a Cabinet of Ministers, which, by extension, can be assumed to be lead by a Prime Minister.i know this is kind of an odd question but i want to make some political events for russia so what are the powers of the Senate, the Duma, and the President/Tsar
It is impossible to say - fundamentally, a constitutional monarch is defined as a monarch limited by a constitution. It does not say anything about how much power that constitution gives them (for example, in the modern world we have examples ranging from Sweden, where the constitution limits the monarch's power to the point that he or she isn't even allowed to speak about controversial political matters, to Jordan and Marocco, where the monarch has a great deal of personal power, yet nonetheless acts within the confines of a constitution).yes that is true so i am guessing that the power to make the laws would be only the Duma since the Senate is 'powerless' but would the tsar under a constitutional monarchy be total powerless like Elizabeth II or did constitutional monarchs have more power in the 30's?
