I have complete map control. I've conquered everyone. Met all the victory conditions except the federation one since im the only empire. Its year 2466. Been at peace in my galaxy for a hundred years give or take. I havent had any end game crisis start yet but even after they finally spawn and i wipe them out how does the game end because i know it continues after the end game crisis. Is there a max year it goes to? Someone help lol

If you met at least one victory condition it means you got the victory screen, which is just a scoreboard that says you're won and gives you the option to return to main menu and continue. Beyond that there's no ending, just return to main menu and start a harder game, or wait for the crisis you'll certainly defeat at this point before doing so.

I feel the game should have one ending event chain, maybe a long narration event where you organize a celebration across the entire empire for controlling the entire galaxy. It may not be action-packed but it's what I would do if I would rule an empire that finished claiming literally the entire galaxy.

I had peace in my galaxy from 2367 until 2507 that's when the prethoryn scourge finally came. They stood no chance though. It was sad. I only sent in a 200k fleet to test their strength. But after careful maneuvering I was able to get that fleet to land right on top on 4 separate fleets of 220k but for some reason they all were wiped out leaving my fleet at 80k. (Still had a 400k fleet litterally outside that system in case they won). It had me baffled tbh. And yes I did have tachyon lances.
