Make gold for pagan tech groups as a trade good of value 4, instead of 1. Or even 6. (1/10 or 1/6,66 of standard value)

pagans get only 1/40 gold because back in 1.0 europeans attacked pagans and managed to get like 50k gold from peace deal and just make such a massive army and rolf stomp everybody in the world
That's no longer valid.
If it were, people would be doing that to this day with Mali and Kilwa, both of which have multiple gold provinces and are not pagan.
