The guy has 10525 prestige, no army, no industry. I'm pretty sure he cheated to see if that was possible, and I don't see the harm done (and even then).

Yeah, Vicky 2 allows you to have a totally pro-Semitic nazi Germany.
WELL, a majority of Jews in Italy were Fascist, and Mussolini was very good to the Jews until he felt a dark need to get Hitler-senpai to notice him. (That said, Nazis are National Socialists, not Fascsits. V2 places them in the Fascist category for obvious reasons.)
What exactly does the Crown from the Gutter do? How does it choose what Germanic nation and culture spawns Germany and assumes command of it?
When a country is defeated by pan-nationalists, they send the crown form the gutter to a random great power of your culture group that is NOT Austria or Austria-Hungary.
Since I almost always ended up using Crown from the Gutter I assumed Germany always had Ashkenazi as accepted. Jews were just regular citizens in Germany for most of the period and in Prussia as well soon after the start date.

Israel should really be primary Sephardic, not Ashkenazi.

Problem is that's inaccurate to reality. The Ashkenazi are the dominant Jewish cultural group both worldwide and in Israel. IMO it's not even a problem that they can form Germany, as the necessary conditions are very far-fetched. If it must be solved, they'd I'd prefer they move Ashkenazi to a different group.
