If you move an army into a province where there is a supply stockpile, do you get all of the materials? FOr example if I paradrop into washington DC will I get all of the US materials?

There are two different rules. If you move into a province with a stockpile you will get everything there. The capital is different though, you get 50% of the country's national stockpile if you capture their capital.

What about if you capture both the main stockpile AND the capitol? For example in the US: Washington DC, it is the capitol but also is the main supply dump.

If you occupy a province that has a remote stockpile, either a supply/oil pile or a pile of resources waiting to be convoyed to the capital, you get everything in that stockpile.
If you occupy a country's capital you get 50% of their national stockpiles, which is always held in the capital.
If you annex a country you get all of their resources.

Your army captures the capital but the controller of the province goes to a different country. Do you get it, or does the other country?
