How do you use it?
I mean, I got it for several reasons, one being to play minor nations, but I STILL can't do it!!!

We have updated our Community Code of Conduct. Please read through the new rules for the forum that are an integral part of Paradox Interactive’s User Agreement.
First dowload the program to your EU folder.
Then, IIRC, go to your EU folder and install it.
Then, when you want to play, go there and open the IGC program.
Change the settings around and press 'ok' or whatever button there is.
Then go into the game and click on IGC 2.3 on the campaign menu.
Haven't done this in a while so it might not be exactly right.

Which settings should I change? There isn't a list of the six PLAYABLE nations, is there? HELP!
I don't now for igc2.3 version but in igc2.0 you just double click on igcconfig and there is a list of six playable nations which you can change how you like and then start the game and click on igc scenanrio
Easiest way to manage this is to find the file IGCConfig.exe, create a shortcut to it and then drag the shortcut onto your desktop.
If you have both Standard EU and IGC installed on your PC you may also want to create a shortcut to the two different Europa.exe files, drag both to the desktop and rename the IGC one.
