Try USSR instead if possible.

If you are a historically pro-axis country don't even bother trading with UK or USA. USSR is your best bet. This has been the case for a long time iirc.

let the autorader take care of you. She feels for your situation, the U.S does not care I have played Germany twice now from 36 and been quite happy with the result. You could also try opening negotiations as that is usually better than trade deals - not sure why
