vs AI - maybe. but AE or crysis can sometimes delay it...
vs humans - depends on a skill and a bit of luck

That's why I suggested having it easily stolen if used, so that people would be tempted to keep it as a deterrent. Until someone didn't and then everyone has it and everything explodes. n.n
