How do you terraform in 2.2?

I feel like an idiot, but I can't find an option to terraform. I already have terraforming tech (and over 1000 hours played).

It's next to the planetary features and blockers. The tiny square-shaped button that I also searched for for about an hour when I first needed it in 2.2.

Next to the tile blocker icon there is a little cicle recycling type icon. Click that to bring up a terraform menu.
