If you are thinking of declaring war on someone, how do you tell how big a levy they can raise? You can look at each county and see what the max levy size is, but you don't really know what percentage of that they can raise. Then you need to factor in some percentage of their vassals holdings.

You also need to factor in the tech levels compared to your own since one sides troops may fair better.

If there any way to do this without manually having to do the math?
