The issue with that, in my experience, is that you can't load up your ships without castille sending their ships out to wreck you.

Galleys to other place, cogs to other, load cogs --> attack whatever is possible to attack? Back in old days i used to attack Etiopia :/
In last game today as Granada I managed to take Trebizon and Thrace (was bad idea...) But still could not get rid of my Capital even though Castille took Gibraltar and Venice Almera :/
